Ensure that our employees are aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and are trained to identify and report any such risks;
Only work with suppliers and partners who share our values and commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking;
Conduct due diligence on our suppliers and partners to assess the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in their operations;
Take appropriate action where we identify or suspect modern slavery or human trafficking in our operations or supply chain;
Review our policies and procedures on a regular basis to ensure they remain effective in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.

Our Due Diligence Process

We conduct due diligence on our suppliers and partners to assess the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in their operations. Our due diligence process includes:

Supplier Code of Conduct: Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out our expectations for our suppliers and partners in relation to modern slavery and human trafficking, as well as other ethical and social issues. It includes provisions on forced labor, child labor, and working hours.
Whistleblowing Policy: Our Whistleblowing Policy sets out the process for employees and others to report any concerns they may have about modern slavery or human trafficking within our business or supply chain. It includes provisions on confidentiality and protection against retaliation.

We are committed to continually improving our approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chain. We will:

Review our policies and procedures on a regular basis to ensure they remain effective in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking;
Train our employees on the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and how to identify and report any such risks;
Engage with our suppliers and partners to encourage them to take action to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking;
Collaborate with industry groups and other organizations to share best practice and promote the eradication of modern slavery and human trafficking.
